Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products.
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to foster professional growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual and interaction design skills.
- Proven experience in designing for mobile and web platforms within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
