Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Maintain and evolve our design library with consistent UI patterns
- Mentor junior designers through design reviews and portfolio guidance
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Understanding of front-end development capabilities and limitations
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs
- Excellent communication skills with remote team collaboration experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
