Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect designs for responsive web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency across 15+ digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify pain points and opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS projects
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (A/B testing, user interviews)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for prototyping
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
