Responsibilities
- Lead the User Experience: Own the user journey for key product features, ensuring intuitive and seamless interactions.
- Design & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Design System Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain our internal design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into beautiful, functional designs.
- Visual Excellence: Apply modern design principles, typography, and color theory to elevate the brand aesthetic.
- Accessibility: Ensure all designs are accessible and compliant with WCAG guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.
- Tools: Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-designers.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles is a plus.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
