Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for enterprise web applications
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, and develop high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Perform usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Maintain and evolve our design language library across 15+ products
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and documentation
- Analyze user behavior data to drive data-informed design decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS work
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (surveys, interviews, usability testing)
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating design systems implementation and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience working in fully remote environments with async communication tools
