Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into compelling designs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
