- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and high-profile clients
- Streamline document management systems and implement organizational workflows
- Conduct preliminary research, compile data insights, and prepare executive summaries
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in tech/startup environments
- Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, and project management tools (Asana/Notion)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Advanced problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated with demonstrated initiative and minimal supervision requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification preferred
