Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and copy that align with brand voice
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on KPIs
- Manage community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Expertise in social media analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
