- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and copy
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) with $10K+ monthly budgets
- Monitor analytics weekly and provide actionable insights to clients
- Lead community engagement initiatives and crisis communications
- Collaborate with SEO and content teams for cross-channel synergy
- Track KPIs and report ROI to key stakeholders monthly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media management experience with portfolio demonstrating brand growth
- Expertise in social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social)
- Proficiency in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing
- Proven success managing paid social campaigns with measurable results
- Strong written communication skills with attention to brand voice
