Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across 5+ platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook)
- Create engaging content calendars with 20+ posts/month including graphics, videos, and written copy
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement with 500+ weekly interactions across all platforms
- Collaborate with design team to produce visually compelling assets
- Report monthly ROI and KPIs to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and emerging trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience managing B2B/B2C social media for diverse industries
- Proven portfolio with 10+ successful campaign case studies
- Expertise in social media analytics tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Strong graphic design skills with Canva/Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Excellent written communication with attention to brand voice consistency
- Experience with SEO/SEM integration in social strategies
- Ability to thrive in remote work environments with self-discipline
- Madison, WI residency preferred for occasional in-person meetings
