- Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness and engagement in the Houston market.
- Content Creation: Create compelling, high-quality content (copy, graphics, and video) that captures attention and tells our brand story effectively.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries promptly, and foster a positive community environment.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare monthly reports to analyze campaign success and optimize future content.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate with the marketing team to launch product promotions, events, and special campaigns on time and within budget.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Writing: Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for grammar, tone, and style.
- Analytics: Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to improve content performance.
- Location: Must be based in Houston, TX, or willing to work in a hybrid office setting.
