Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, copy) for all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry news to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare monthly reports to demonstrate ROI and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader business goals.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to optimize ad spend and reach.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Strong command of English grammar and copywriting skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Deep understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social content.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Fort Wayne, IN.
