Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including captions, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with the community.
- Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize content and inform future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align social efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage community relations and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong command of English with excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and scheduling platforms.
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
