Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (copy, images, and video) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics and performance to optimize campaigns and ROI.
- Engage with the online community to build brand loyalty, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and execute targeted ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Asana).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Trends), and reporting.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Local knowledge of the El Paso market is a significant plus.
