- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Create compelling visual content using provided equipment and Adobe Creative Suite
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on KPIs
- Manage community engagement and brand reputation across all channels
- Collaborate with design team to produce high-quality assets
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes and emerging trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media management experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in content creation using professional equipment (cameras, lighting, editing)
- Advanced analytics skills with proficiency in Sprout Social/Hootsuite
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of San Antonio's local market and demographics
- Certification in Meta Blueprint or Google Digital Marketing preferred
