Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Create engaging content calendars with 80% original visual/video assets
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage community engagement and crisis communications
- Collaborate with design team for brand-aligned campaigns
- Track ROI and optimize strategies quarterly
- Lead virtual team workshops on emerging trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing B2B social media for companies >50 employees
- Proven experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ successful campaigns
- Google Analytics and Sprout Social certification preferred
- Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written communication with attention to detail
- Local Louisville market knowledge required
