Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Create engaging content calendars with 15+ posts/week including graphics, videos, and stories
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and DMs within 2-hour SLA
- Collaborate with graphic designers on branded visual assets
- Track competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with sales team to generate qualified leads through social channels
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing B2B social media with proven audience growth (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
- Google Analytics and Facebook Blueprint certification preferred
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Experience with A/B testing ad creatives and landing pages
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written communication skills with attention to brand voice
- Flexibility to work 20-30 hours/week with adjustable schedule
