Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter)
- Create engaging content calendars with branded graphics, videos, and copy
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages within 24 hours
- Analyze campaign performance using Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters for cohesive brand messaging
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and platform best practices
- Report monthly on KPIs: engagement rate, follower growth, and conversion metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of social media management experience with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written communication with brand voice adaptation experience
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing fundamentals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Kansas City local preferred for occasional in-person workshops
