- Create engaging content calendars with 15+ posts/month including graphics, videos, and written copy
- Analyze performance metrics using Sprout Social and Google Analytics to optimize campaigns
- Manage $50K+ monthly ad budgets with A/B testing and ROI reporting
- Collaborate with design team to produce high-impact visual assets
- Lead monthly social media audits and competitive analysis
- Train junior staff on platform best practices and algorithm updates
- Represent brand at industry events and community initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing social media for B2B/B2C brands with proven growth metrics
- Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Canva
- Google Analytics certification or equivalent experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign results (mention engagement rates, follower growth)
- Experience with crisis management and community moderation
