Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage the daily content calendar, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production to ensure high-quality output.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and make recommendations to management.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and inquiries promptly, and foster a positive brand image.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rates, and conversion rates to report on campaign success and optimize future content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong command of the English language with exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- A passion for Memphis culture and local business landscape is a plus.
