- Manage daily community interactions, responding to comments and messages to foster brand loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the curve.
- Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to report on campaign success and optimize future content.
- Collaborate with the content and SEO teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how social media impacts organic search.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
