Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across 5+ platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X)
- Create engaging content calendars with original graphics, videos, and copy aligned with brand voice
- Analyze campaign performance using Sprout Social and Google Analytics, reporting ROI monthly
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages within 2-hour SLA
- Collaborate with marketing team on integrated campaigns including email and PPC initiatives
- Stay current on algorithm changes and platform best practices through weekly research
- Manage social media budget ($5K monthly) and vendor relationships for paid promotions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of social media management experience with B2B and B2C campaigns
- Proven ability to grow follower engagement by 50%+ year-over-year
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Advanced analytics skills with demonstrated experience translating data to strategy
- Experience managing social media budgets and reporting ROI
- Strong written communication with ability to adapt tone for multiple audiences
- Remote work experience with self-discipline and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
