- Manage community engagement with 500+ daily interactions and influencer partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing team on cross-platform campaigns and brand consistency
- Report monthly ROI metrics and optimize strategies based on KPIs
Qualifications
- 5+ years in social media management with proven portfolio of brand growth
- Expertise in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
- Google Analytics and social media analytics certification preferred
- Strong understanding of SEO, A/B testing, and conversion optimization
- Experience managing social media budgets of $50k+
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
