Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Create engaging content calendars with original visuals, videos, and copy
- Analyze campaign performance using Sprout Social and Google Analytics
- Manage community engagement and brand reputation across platforms
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high-quality assets
- Track KPIs and optimize strategies based on A/B testing results
- Lead monthly reporting sessions with C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years social media management experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in content creation for Gen Z and Millennial audiences
- Advanced knowledge of social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Hootsuite)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles for social platforms
- Experience managing social media budgets up to $50k/month
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
