Responsibilities
- Listen to audio recordings and accurately transcribe spoken content into written text using specialized software.
- Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure they are free of errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Format documents according to specific client guidelines and industry standards.
- Manage multiple transcription projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Identify and flag ambiguous audio segments requiring clarification from the quality assurance team.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with a high accuracy rate (98%+).
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and punctuation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and transcription tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
