Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to translate high-level vision into actionable development cycles.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) for potential integration.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 transition strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Present complex strategic proposals to executive stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Engineering Leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, long-term strategic initiatives with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize data and communicate a clear, compelling vision to diverse audiences.
