- Author visionary whitepapers and predictive models published in top-tier journals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in scenario modeling, systems thinking, and trend synthesis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures narratives
- Experience advising boards on long-term strategic pivots
