Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify technological, societal, and economic megatrends through 2030
- Develop sophisticated scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise-level decision-making
- Produce actionable foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain proprietary trend databases and predictive models
- Present findings to global stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills using tools like Tableau
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston)
