Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through quantitative research and qualitative foresight
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-state opportunities and risks
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and predictive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence databases using advanced analytics tools
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with focus on innovation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in future trends or technology disruption
- Experience advising C-level executives on long-term strategic pivots
