Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and horizon-scanning methodologies to quantify future risks and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers to expand foresight capabilities
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team focused on long-term strategic impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive presentation experience
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs within enterprise environments
