Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, socio-economic, and environmental domains
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026+ vision
- Lead innovation workshops and scenario-planning sessions for executive stakeholders
- Author foresight reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D to incubate future-focused products and services
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Experience with sustainability and ESG strategy integration
