Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of next-generation AI and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (Quantum, Blockchain, IoT) to determine strategic value.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate high-level visions into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable, cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex, large-scale digital transformations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
