Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale breakthrough products/services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Build and manage partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Measure innovation KPIs and continuously optimize processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful market-transforming initiatives
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
