Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive solutions for emerging markets
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Champion human-centered design principles in all innovation initiatives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and nurture external partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology strategy
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
