Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends
- Lead 5-7 cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging tech domains
- Drive commercialization of at least 3 breakthrough products/services by 2026
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our 'Future Leaders' program
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $10M+ annual revenue
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futurism (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Innovation required
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish (advantageous)
