Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the comprehensive 3-year Strategic Plan with a specific focus on the 2026 horizon.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align operational goals with long-term vision.
- Oversee the budgeting process for strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ensure departmental alignment on 2026 objectives.
- Present complex strategic data to stakeholders in a clear, compelling narrative.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority.
