Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap aligned with corporate vision and market opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends and threats.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
- Present complex strategic concepts to executive leadership and key stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts and planners within the strategy department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a related role.
- Proven track record of developing long-term roadmaps (3-5 year horizons) in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and strategic planning software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in navigating ambiguity and driving change within complex organizations.
