Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies and milestones.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade software architectures capable of handling exponential growth.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire and manage a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists to ensure seamless integration of new features.
- Technical Governance: Establish best practices for coding, deployment, and security to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Market Analysis: Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology: Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and driving product delivery cycles.
