Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles.
- Interviewing: Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional communication and support throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate journey.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the Raleigh and Virginia tech markets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical job roles.
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote, flexible environment.
