Responsibilities
- Provide 100% remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Log and track all technical tickets and support requests in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Conduct remote training sessions to help users understand new software features.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate technical advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a Work From Home environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
