- Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email during night hours.

- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions in the CRM ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate critical issues and share knowledge.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to guide users through technical procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all company security protocols and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role (1+ years preferred).
- Mandatory availability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and a quiet environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
