Responsibilities
- Resolve Technical Issues: Provide comprehensive troubleshooting and support for hardware and software inquiries via remote channels.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring 100% satisfaction and timely resolution of all technical tickets.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all support interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system alerts and perform routine checks to prevent weekend disruptions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to escalate complex issues and suggest improvements to our product suite.
- Training: Participate in weekly knowledge-sharing sessions to stay ahead of industry trends and internal updates.
Qualifications
- Location: Must reside in Jacksonville, FL (Remote work arrangement).
- Schedule: Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, customer service, or help desk operations.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
