As part of our night shift operations, you will be the first line of defense for our enterprise clients, ensuring uptime and satisfaction during off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via remote access tools.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets efficiently within established SLA guidelines.
- Document detailed solutions in the internal knowledge base to assist future support agents.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing complex cases.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and perform routine maintenance tasks on client systems.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols while accessing client environments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST) consistently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
