Responsibilities
- Convert audio/video recordings into verbatim transcripts with 99%+ accuracy
- Utilize specialized transcription software and maintain organized digital files
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance requirements
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, clarity, and industry terminology
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve unclear audio segments
- Format documents according to client specifications (legal, medical, technical)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and transcription software (ExpressScribe, etc.)
