- Transcribe audio/video recordings with 99%+ accuracy across legal, medical, and corporate domains
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF, etc.)
- Research terminology and verify complex industry jargon
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications
- 2+ years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in ExpressScribe, FTR, or equivalent transcription software
- Exceptional English grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills
