Responsibilities
- Convert audio recordings to precise written documents with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client materials
- Utilize industry-standard transcription software (ExpressScribe, InqScribe)
- Format documents according to client specifications (legal, medical, general)
- Meet daily productivity quotas while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with editors to resolve unclear audio segments
- Participate in ongoing quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 60 words per minute typing speed with 98% accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and transcription tools
- Strong command of English grammar, punctuation, and style
