- Transcribe audio recordings with 99%+ accuracy across diverse industries
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF)
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize transcription software (ExpressScribe, oTranscribe) and audio enhancement tools
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and contextual accuracy
- Communicate proactively with QA team for clarification needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with proven accuracy
