Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to uncover trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Create detailed, executive-level reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automated solutions to improve productivity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
- Programming: Knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences effectively.
