Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Modeling: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Visualizations: Create compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and data presentations for stakeholders to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose automation solutions to streamline workflows.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous data validation and testing to guarantee accuracy and integrity of all reporting outputs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization: Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Remote Work: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
