Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Analysis & Modeling: Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to uncover trends and patterns.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel. Experience with visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset and the ability to troubleshoot data issues independently.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
